La Frontera Arizona's EMPACT-SPC seeks an LGBTQ+ Youth Crisis Specialist who will work remotely from home to ensure high-quality services for clients, coordinate daily program operations, and implement improvements to service delivery.

The role includes direct counseling with adults, families and youth, supervising remote staff, documenting care plans, and meeting reporting requirements. Arizona resident status is required, with flexible evening hours and a commitment to crisis intervention.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Crisis Experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service counseling and ongoing counseling.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the LGBTQ+ Youth Crisis program.
• Supervise remote clinical staff and ensure service quality.
• Complete clinical documentation and reporting to funders.
• Assess clinical situations and triage risk in chats/texts.
• Attend required trainings and work beyond shifts when needed.
