Job summary
La Frontera Center Inc. is seeking a Remote Chat & Text Specialist (EMPACT) to deliver direct counseling, coordinate program operations, and supervise remote clinical staff from home. The role emphasizes timely, empathetic communication with adults, families, and youth, and requires Arizona residency.
You will ensure quality service delivery, complete accurate documentation, and support data reporting. Evening/night hours may be required, and the position offers generous benefits and growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in counseling, social work, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
- Crisis experience and supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to chats and texts promptly and professionally to meet agency goals.
- Assess clinical situations and client needs.
- Ensure quality service delivery and thorough clinical documentation.
- Monitor 72-Hour Suicide Watch or Safety Follow-Up cases.
- Attend meetings and training; evenings/night hours may be required.
- Provide instruction and training for interns and staff.
- Maintain client records and interdepartmental communication.
