Job summary

The San Diego LGBT Community Center seeks an Adult Housing Services Manager to oversee LGBTQ-affirming wrap-around services for adults experiencing homelessness or at risk. You will supervise 3–4 staff, guide program activities, and ensure contract compliance with HIPAA standards.

Reporting to the Director of Adult Housing Services, you will manage budgets, collaborate with the People & Culture team, and mentor staff to deliver trauma-informed care and harm reduction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience providing case management, housing navigation, and wrap-around services.
• 1 year of staff supervision and support.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience with crises and crisis interventions.
• Fair housing, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and harm reduction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to program staff.
• Oversee implementation of program activities and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with People & Culture on hiring and staff development.
• Develop work plans with direct reports and mentor staff.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and data capture in the case management system.
• Manage program expenditures and budgets.
