Job summary

The Gender & Sexuality Therapy Center (G-STC) in New York specializes in gender, sexuality, and relationships, offering private practice psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. We support clinicians with autonomy to build a meaningful caseload, flexible scheduling, and remote work options within NY state.

We seek LMSW/LCSW/MHC-LP/LMHC licensed clinicians to join a collaborative team with supervision, ongoing education, and opportunities for growth, including workshops and program

Qualifications

• Licensed in NY with LMSW/LCSW/LCSW-R/MHC/LMHC.
• Minimum 1 year of psychotherapy experience.
• Experience working with LGBTQ+, kink, and non-monogamous clients.

Responsibilities

• Phone consultations.
• Provide psychotherapy to a caseload of ~28–30 clients weekly; full-time is ~25 sessions per week.
• Maintain case notes, logs, and required documentation.
• Provide group therapy as needed.
• Participate in supervision and clinical trainings.
• Assist in workshop development and marketing as opportunities arise.
