We are currently seekingaVP Chiller Sales, Engineering & Aftermarket, Data Centers. This role is a home office-based role with proximity to a hub Airport for travel purposes. (Preferred: Major Data Center Markets such as Northern Virginia, Dallas, Phoenix, Atlanta, Chicago, Silicon Valley, or Remote)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Vice President, Chiller Sales, Engineering & Aftermarket is responsible for leading the overall commercial strategy, sales execution, engineering support, and business development initiatives for the company's data center cooling solutions business across North America. This executive role will report directly to the Senior Vice President and drive growth through strategic customer engagement, market expansion, technical leadership, and organizational development within the rapidly evolving hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI data center sectors. The VP will be accountable for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that positions the organization as a trusted cooling solutions provider for mission-critical facilities. This includes direct engagement with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, engineering consultants, design-build firms, EPC contractors, and mechanical contractors involved in data center development. This role requires a unique combination of executive leadership, deep
