Nemours Children’s Hospital in Delaware seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Level IV NICU team, providing lifesaving care to the region’s most fragile newborns. You’ll work in one of the nation’s top neonatal programs, delivering comprehensive medical and surgical management across organ systems.

We invite experienced NICU nurses with a DE or compact license, excellent teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year NICU nursing experience.
• Current Delaware or Multistate Compact RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required on hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide care for up to 32 critically ill infants, expanding to 46 beds with campus growth.
• Deliver full-spectrum medical and surgical management across organ systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within a high-performing NICU.
