PR Construction, Inc. is seeking Project Managers at multiple experience levels to support our commercial construction projects.

Project Managers are responsible for delivering projects from contract execution through closeout while maintaining financial discipline, schedule performance, quality standards, safety compliance, and strong client relationships. Candidates will be evaluated and placed at the appropriate level (I–V) based on experience, demonstrated capability, and readiness.

Formación

• Experience in commercial construction project management appropriate to level.
• Strong contracts, cost control, and schedule management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate with clients.
• Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned projects or scopes per company standards.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Manage change orders, billings, and project documentation.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and closeout requirements.
• Communicate effectively with owners, trade partners, and leadership.
