Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking a Concrete Project Manager I for our Dallas, TX projects. This on-site role leads project operations, safety culture, and coordination with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction with self-perform concrete experience, a CM/engineering degree or equivalent, and strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and communication. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience on commercial projects.
• Self-perform concrete experience with a general contractor.
• Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency with PM, accounting, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free jobsite.
• Oversee preconstruction activities and bid packages.
• Manage subcontractor buyout and subcontracts.
• Coordinate schedules, drawings, and submittals with stakeholders.
• Produce monthly cost and profitability reports.
• Lead project reviews and closeout activities.
