Job summary

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching, learning and behaviour across our fast-paced inner-city school. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in pupils' outcomes.

You will deliver targeted literacy and numeracy interventions, support pupils with complex needs, help maintain high expectations and positive behaviour, and contribute to planning, assessment and resource preparation while championing inclusion and celebrating

Qualifications

• Level 3 TA qualification held.
• Strong behaviour-management strategies.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Experience in inner-city or high-need settings is advantageous.
