Job summary

Candidates bring 4–7 years in AV, strong networking knowledge, and a track record of leading crews and managing projects. CTS or manufacturer certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of AV/low-voltage experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, AV signal flow, and system integration.
• Experience leading crews and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews hands on, on commercial AV projects.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Ensure installations meet company and industry standards.
• Coordinate schedules and materials with Project Manager
• Review project drawings and identify installation issues.
• Interface with project managers, engineers, and clients.
