Job summary

ENTEK in Lebanon, Oregon is seeking a Level 2 Planner Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed project and production schedules. You will partner with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, supply chain, and startup teams to monitor progress, identify variances, and support mitigation plans.

You will also manage work orders, inventory alignment, and capacity evaluations to meet customer and project delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of planning, scheduling, or production scheduling experience.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or EPC environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project and production schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, startup, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor progress, variances, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and milestone reports.
• Ensure schedules comply with ENTEK standards.
