Job summary

ENTEK is seeking a Customer Care Team Member to join us on-site at our Lebanon, Oregon location. You will manage customer orders from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and third-party logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

You will handle domestic and international shipments, collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders, and help maintain inventory accuracy to support timely fulfillment and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and five (5) years of experience in customer service, or equivalent years of education and experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in inventory planning and coordination.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret most documents.
• Ability to comprehend and apply principles of advanced algebra and trigonometry.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to then develop reasonable solutions.
• Advanced computer skills, including but not limited to designing, building and navigating spreadsheets.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written English communications skills including the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments such as sales, accounting, billing and shipping.
• Experience with solving practical problems.
• Satisfactory results from a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from start to finish, including tracking and updates.
• Serve as liaison between ENTEK and customers to resolve issues and update orders based on customer requests.
• Manage interactions with internal and external customers professionally and positively.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping with freight forwarders and various shipping modes.
• Assist with inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Stay up to date with domestic and international shipping regulations and Incoterms.
