Job summary

ENTEK in Lebanon, Oregon, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, support receiving and shipping, and drive process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

You will perform cycle counts, manage min/max levels, work with ERP/MRP systems, and partner with purchasing and operations to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time material availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• AS in Inventory Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• D365 or other ERP system knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents including bills of materials.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor day-to-day inventory transactions.
• Support purchasing, shipping, and receiving functions.
• Perform physical counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Implement and maintain Kanban processes for materials and WIP.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecasted demand using ERP/MRP.
• Prepare inventory reports and recommendations for management.
• Pull inventory for sales orders and assist with receiving/labeling.
