Job summary

Emerald Technologies in Salem, NH is seeking a Manufacturing Production Planner to help ensure the production process runs smoothly and parts are in place for manufacturing. This full-time role will join a team delivering high‑reliability electronics assemblies for OEM customers.

You will plan, schedule, and coordinate production, evaluate raw materials, and report production status to management while addressing disruptions and seeking productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Math and analytical skills.
• Technical skills using material requirements planning and scheduling software.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees.
• Organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company’s products.
• Evaluating raw materials to ensure everything is in place for production.
• Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management.
• Handling production disruptions and productivity problems.
• Finding ways to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborates and communicates effectively with Purchasing, Quality Control, Warehouse, Production, and other departments to schedule and fulfill customer orders.
