We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Maintenance Technician for our Circle Mobile Home Park located at 6029 A. Jefferson Ave Newport News, VA 23605.

Job Duties:

• Plumbing repairs such as faucets, toilets, sewer cleanouts, water leak diagnosis and repair
• Electrical work including fixtures, GFCIs, outlets, and breaker/fuse replacement
• Maintain community curb appeal, including trash pickup, groundskeeping, and landscaping
• Complete clean-outs of homes
• Finish work orders efficiently and on time
• Read water meters for each home
• Perform daily duties with minimal supervision
• Follow all safety laws and regulations
• Conduct inventory checks on equipment and supplies
• Participate in online/virtual training classes

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of general labor experience, including groundskeeping, landscaping, and property maintenance
• 1-2 years of basic residential plumbing experience
• Ability to be active—walking, bending, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and use technology
• Valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle on the property

**Specific maintenance skills will be tested for accuracy.
