Level 2 IT Technician – Full-Time
Location: Farmington Hills, MI (Onsite)

We’re a dynamic, multi-state law firm headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI, seeking a technically skilled and service-driven Level 2 IT Technician to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide advanced support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the firm.

  • Troubleshoot escalated tickets from Level 1 support and ensure timely resolution.

  • Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and systems within Active Directory and other tools.

  • Assist in implementing IT projects, system upgrades, and security protocols.

  • Monitor system performance and support server infrastructure, backups, and data integrity.

  • Document processes and contribute to knowledge base development.

  • 2+ years of IT support experience (Level 1/2 support required).

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications preferred.

Schedule & Expectations:

  • 8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday)

  • Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required during upgrades or emergencies
