Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to join our client's team onsite in Saint Louis, MO for a 7-week short-term contract. The role requires IMAC duties, end-user support, and providing training to junior staff.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of desk-side support, MCSE/MCP or A+ preferred, and solid Windows and Mac knowledge. Local candidates preferred; immediate start available.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of desk-side support experience.
• A+, MCP, MSCE or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Mac device support and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide IMAC and end-user support.
• Stage, build, and image systems with standard client image.
• Complete special projects as requested.
• Provide technical training to junior staff.
• Troubleshoot end-user hardware and software incidents.
• Follow Asset Management policy and complete monthly cycle counts.
