Job description

Level 1 Process Technician, 1st shift, 8am-3pm, $20/hr BOE

Job Description:

1. Setting up and operating an Injection Molding machine
   • Can run a recipe saved in press
   • Can start a new job from scratch
2. Assist in the set-up and operation of production equipment under the direction of the Plant Manager, ensuring safety and efficiency.
3. Production Floor Duties:
   • Material handling and preparation
   • Regrind excess materials
   • Set-up (level 1): help move & load tools, set up production tooling and auxiliary equipment, pack for shipment
   • Tool/mold maintenance: wipe down tools & inspect
   • Preventive maintenance on molding machines and related equipment
   • Facility cleaning
   • Machine operation backup
   • Pick-ups & deliveries
4. Office Duties:
   • Clerical work
   • Project assistance and ISO documentation
5. Shipping & Receiving duties
6. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge preferred
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Proof of US citizenship and drug screening
• Ability to lift 55 lbs
