Job summary

Linley and Simpson in Sheffield is seeking a Lettings Consultant to join our team. This is a target-driven role focused on helping people find their next home while supporting landlords to let properties quickly and successfully.

You will respond to enquiries, register applicants, arrange viewings, and promote our full range of lettings services. The role offers on-target earnings and comprehensive training with a supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and online.

• Generate new business and promote lettings services.
• Provide regular feedback to applicants and landlords.
• Work towards targets and KPIs while delivering great service.

We're now looking for a Lettings Consultant to join our team in Sheffield.

On target earnings range from £25,600 - £28,000 per Annum.

Hours

Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm, Friday 5pm finish, and alternate Saturdays: 9:30am-1pm.

What you'll be doing:

This is a target-driven, customer-focused role where you'll play a key part in helping people find their next home while supporting landlords to let their properties quickly and successfully.

You'll

• Respond to enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and online
• Register applicants and match them with suitable rental properties
• Arrange and conduct viewings, building rapport with prospective tenants
• Generate new business opportunities and promote our full range of lettings services
• Keep applicants and landlords informed with regular feedback and updates
• Work towards targets and KPIs while delivering an exceptional customer experience

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A target-driven mindset with the motivation to earn commission
• Experience delivering excellent customer service
• Good organisational and IT skills
• Previous property experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided
