Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Lessons Lead to ensure a great customer and student experience by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, answering questions, and providing tours of the Lessons facility.

You will drive curriculum sales, coordinate instructor schedules, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction (admin, retail non-instruction, etc.).
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Drive lesson and rehearsal package sales and increase curriculum sales.
• Provide tours of the Lessons facility and assist customers with questions.
• Coordinate teaching schedules with instructors’ availability.
• Communicate with parents and students to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve goals and maintain high service standards.
