Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Lessons Lead to ensure a great experience for customers and students by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, answering questions, and guiding tours of the Lessons facility.

You will drive sales, schedule coordination, and mentor instructors while maintaining schedules and curricula. A background in music instruction and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction or related roles.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Increase student count by driving sales and promotional programs.
• Sell rehearsal space.
• Communicate with parents and students to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate lesson schedules with instructors and availability.
• Maintain and increase curriculum sales; ensure systems function properly.
• Maintain lesson and rehearsal schedules for the facility.
• Additional duties as assigned.
