Work Schedules

Weather, snow conditions and the number of guests play a large role in the work schedule for Bear Valley Mountain Resort employees.

When conditions are normal, you may be expected to work 32 to 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. During busy periods – particularly the holiday periods in December, January and February – you may be expected to work additional hours and/or days.
