Job summary

MassMutual Wealth Management (MMWM) invites a Lending Transaction Manager to join the Lending and Banking Services team. This front-line leadership role sits at the crossroads of advisors, clients, lenders, and enterprise partners, owning lending opportunities end to end and turning strategy into closed, value-driving transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 6+ years of financial services experience.
• FINRA Series 7 required or must obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ years’ financial services experience including at least 4 years of lending transaction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted lending expert for advisors, guiding live business cases with confidence.
• Own every transaction end to end, from opportunity assessment through underwriting and funding.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, operations, and product partners to drive efficient execution.
• Coach advisors on lending as part of holistic financial planning and track key performance metrics.
• Monitor pipeline, utilization, and time to close to expand lending adoption.
