Qualifications

• 6+ years of financial services experience.
• Active Securities licenses (Series 7 and Series 66) or equivalents, required within 120 days.
• Experience with lending in a wealth management division (mortgage, margin, or securities-based lending).
• Strong partnership and people skills across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical, written and presentation skills; able to present to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Financial Advisors and market leadership, providing expert guidance on lending products and solutions to support client needs and business growth.
• Drive opportunities by offering recommendations based on credit policies and guidelines to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Make timely, decisive decisions in high-volume, ambiguous situations for the benefit of clients and the firm.
• Participate in projects focused on productivity improvements, compliance, and product enhancements.
• Coordinate with and support the Service Team to ensure seamless execution of lending requests and high client service standards.
• Promote awareness of lending capabilities and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand the firm’s lending footprint.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
