Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing role within financial services.
• 3+ years' experience working with Microsoft Excel.
• 1+ years cross-functional collaboration with field partners (agents, advisors, RIAs, BDs).
• High School Diploma.
• Pass fingerprint background check per FINRA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop practice assessment capabilities and financial analyses.
• Coordinate reports and analyses across home office partners.
• Create detailed reports for recruit deal generation and candidate evaluation.
• Interpret loan profitability into actionable insights for rapid decisions.
• Identify and monitor key performance indicators for analysis.
• Develop presentation materials and collateral for Advisor Loan programs.
• Provide guidance to data users and support system enhancements testing.
