Job summary

Alpine Bank is seeking a Lending Trainer who will collaborate with Staff Development to design and deliver comprehensive lending training programs across Colorado. The role requires instructing staff on lending basics, underwriting concepts, and the use of Lending Operations Software.

You will develop and update training materials, assess knowledge gaps, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar field preferred.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Colorado Drivers' License, required.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid NMLS License, required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements lending curriculum, manuals, and resources.
• Instructs staff on lending basics and principles.
• Trains lending staff on Lending Operations Software.
• Stays up to date on software changes and educates staff on new developments.
• Administers outside training services.
• Travels to various locations throughout the state to facilitate instruction.
• Regular attendance on-site is required as an essential function of this position.
• Assesses training effectiveness and identifies knowledge gaps.
