Job summary

Alpine Bank is seeking a Lending Trainer to develop and deliver lending curriculum across the state, traveling to locations to educate staff on lending operations and policy. The role partners with Staff Development to ensure compliant, up-to-date materials and provides ongoing instruction and assessments.

The ideal candidate has an educator's mindset, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex lending concepts into practical training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Colorado Driver’s License and NMLS license required or ability to obtain.
• Understanding of lending concepts and policies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers lending curriculum, manuals, and resources across locations.
• Instructs staff on lending basics and principles.
• Trains staff on Lending Operations Software and keeps materials up to date.
• Provides ongoing instruction and supports staff with questions.
• Assesses training effectiveness with quizzes and feedback to management.
• Travels to multiple state locations to facilitate training; on-site attendance required.
