Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience with lending operations, lending systems, or loan servicing is preferred.
• Strong testing, documentation, and regulatory compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test scripts for core and ancillary lending systems across Consumer, Indirect, Mortgage, Collections, and Loan Servicing.
• Coordinate testing activities with project teams and document results.
• Assist with UAT, defect tracking, and issue resolution for system implementations and enhancements.
• Monitor compliance requirements across lending regulations (TILA, TRID, MLA, HMDA, ECOA, FDCPA).
• Maintain system change logs, outage reports, and vendor support tracking.
