Wellby Financial seeks a Lending System Specialist to support the lending division’s system maintenance, testing, and documentation. You will craft high-quality tests, validate results, and help drive AI/ML tool implementations to improve efficiency and compliance across Consumer, Indirect, Mortgage, and Loan Servicing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, information systems or a related field is required.
• Experience in lending operations, lending systems, loan servicing, or a related area within a financial institution (minimum 3 years).
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite products.
• Experience with lending compliance and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute test scripts and perform system testing and validation for core and ancillary lending systems.
• Coordinate testing activities and document results across projects to ensure requirements are met.
• Assist with testing, implementation support, and ongoing maintenance of automation, AI, and machine learning tools.
