Job summary

Wellby Financial in the Houston metro area seeks a Lending System Specialist to support lending systems, maintain tests, and validate AI/ML tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

You will develop test scripts, coordinate testing with project teams, document results, and assist with audits and regulatory compliance such as TILA, TRID, HMDA, ECOA.

Strong detail orientation, Excel, Teams/Zoom familiarity, and ability to work with cross-functional groups are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of lending operations, lending systems, loan servicing, or related.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory standards in lending.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test scripts for core and ancillary lending systems.
• Coordinate testing activities with project teams and document results.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in UAT, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Maintain system change logs, reports, and testing artifacts.
