Wellby seeks a Lending System Specialist to join our Webster, TX office. You will develop and execute test scripts, perform system testing, and document validation for consumer, indirect, mortgage, and servicing lending operations.

You will support project deliverables, automation tools, and AI/ML initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in lending systems, strong analytical and communication skills, and a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, information systems, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in lending operations, lending systems, loan servicing, or related area.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with lending compliance and regulations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, work standards, administrative, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute test scripts and perform system testing for core and ancillary lending systems.
Coordinate testing activities and document results with project teams.
Create and maintain reports, exception tracking, and compliance documentation.
Support audits, examinations, and compliance reviews.
Assist with testing, implementation support, and maintenance of automation/AI tools.
