IAACU seeks an entry-level Lending Support Representative in Bloomington, IL to provide exceptional member service for loan-related inquiries via phone, email, or in person. You will help with delinquency management, payment arrangements, and loan file maintenance, supporting accurate policy adherence and timely communications.

Strong customer-service skills and familiarity with lending practices are valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, banking, financial services, lending, or collections is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responds to member questions regarding open loans via phone, email or in-person communication.
• Performs delinquency management and payment assistance.
• Reviews delinquency reports and researches payment arrangements and loan modifications.
• Monitors loan files for required documentation and follow-up with members and loan officers.
• Assists with collateral-related processes such as foreclosures, repossessions, and lien perfection.
