10+ years in strategy & business operations in high-growth technology environments, SaaS or fintech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end operating cadence for Lending: MBRs, Priority Reviews, dashboards, performance insights, and readiness tracking.
Deliver a clear narrative of business performance, risks, and opportunities—driving alignment among senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Identify execution gaps and surface the highest-leverage actions to accelerate acquisition, activation, and usage of Lending products.
Partner with Product, Credit Risk, and Marketing to resolve funnel frictions and ensure the business is meeting plan.
Instill accountability and operational rigor across the org.
Build frameworks for multi-year strategy, governance, and decision rights.
