Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Biz Ops Principal for Lending within the Services Segment.

You will run the operating system, shape the multi-year strategy, and drive disciplined execution by unblocking the funnel and accelerating progress with senior leaders across Product, Risk, Marketing, Finance and Data Analytics. You will work closely with Lending leadership to deliver performance insights, align cross-functional teams, and accelerate acquisition, activation, and usage of Lending

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy & business operations, product strategy, consulting or operating roles in high-growth technology environments.
• Consulting experience helpful but not required; SaaS or fintech experience preferred.
• Role requires rapid mastery of lending and credit concepts; will be supported by internal domain experts.

Responsibilities

• Run the operating system for Lending, including end-to-end cadence (MBRs, Priority Reviews, dashboards).
• Deliver narrative of performance, risks and opportunities to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and surface high-leverage actions to accelerate acquisition, activation, and usage of Lending products.
• Partner with Product, Credit Risk, and Marketing to resolve funnel frictions and ensure plan delivery.
• Instill accountability and operational rigor across the org.
• Shape a cohesive multi-year strategy for Lending, including customer segmentation and product evolution.
• Develop frameworks to clarify tradeoffs for senior leadership.
