Job summary

Intuit seeks a senior business development leader to own and grow two connected businesses: a small business lending marketplace and an embedded lending initiative—an opportunity to shape how Intuit’s lending products reach new customers and partners beyond QuickBooks.

You will own the full partnership lifecycle—from strategy and sourcing to structuring and scaling—and will influence Lending’s growth over the next three years, reporting to the Director of Business Development and partnering with

Qualifications

10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development in tech/fintech.
Proven track record sourcing, structuring, and closing complex multi-party deals.
Experience building 0–1 partnership programs or distribution businesses from scratch.
Background in financial services, fintech, or lending; embedded finance a plus.
Experience in platform ecosystems where partnerships drive growth.

Responsibilities

Own the full partnership lifecycle for marketplace and embedded lending.
Build and manage a high-priority partnership pipeline with velocity.
Develop executive relationships with partner counterparts and stakeholders.
Define strategy, go-to-market models, and deal structures across two growth vectors.
