Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consumer and mortgage lending experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, processing, funding, servicing, and portfolio management.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead lending team to achieve performance, service, and growth goals.
• Oversee consumer, mortgage, and HELOC lending operations, including underwriting and funding.
• Establish and monitor department KPIs and performance standards.
• Drive loan growth while ensuring timely decisions and member service.
• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquencies, and risk; implement improvements.
