Job summary

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is seeking a Lending Solutions Sales Strategy & Execution Lead to design and scale playbooks, content, and operating rhythms for the lending team.

You will build a centralized hub for resources, drive go-to-market timing, and ensure timely, actionable content for advisors across markets. You will use dashboards to guide strategy, track adoption, and surface what to scale or fix, accelerating lending growth with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of financial services experience, specifically sales and marketing.
• Valid and active Securities Industry Essential Series 7 & Series 66 licenses (63/65), or to obtain within 120 days from start date as a condition.
• Experience with lending in a wealth management division across mortgage, margin, and/or securities-based lending.
• Strong partnership and people skills; collaborate with people across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and presentation skills; articulate and comfortable speaking to large groups.
• Organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Lending Specialists, Financial Advisors and Market Leadership, providing expert guidance on lending products and solutions to support client needs and drive business growth.
• Establish and implement standardized sales processes and best practices across the field to ensure consistent, disciplined execution and drive sustainable lending growth.
• Lead sales enablement initiatives by centralizing and delivering field engagement content and equipping Advisors with timely resources.
• Drive lending opportunities by offering recommendations and insights based on credit policies, market data, and client profiles.
• Champion a culture of data-driven accountability by tracking key performance metrics and sharing insights.
• Demonstrate decisiveness and sound judgment in high-volume and ambiguous situations.
• Participate in and support projects focused on productivity improvements, compliance, and product enhancements.
• Promote broader awareness of lending capabilities and expand the firm’s lending footprint.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across functional partners to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business objectives.
