Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or sales position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn financial services programs.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products.
• Must work at assigned branch location unless emergency as determined by company.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems, presenting loan solutions based on customer needs, and presenting all available sales products.
• Process credit loan applications. Analyze credit & financial information for current and potential customers.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Achieve branch goals by meeting or exceeding sales targets for company products and services.
• Learn Federal, State, and Local consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer, process payments, and deliver daily deposits to institutions as required.
• May perform additional functions depending on market demand and branch staffing to ensure quality customer service.
