This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to the lending process, on‑the‑job learning, and a collaborative team environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:30, with benefits and a bilingual pay differential for verified English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of related front desk or receptionist experience preferred.
• Credit union or financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors.
• Assist with loan-related forms and routing applications/messages.
• Process payments and verification requests.
• Maintain lending documents.
• Support daily balancing and answer department calls.
