Job summary

Arapahoe Credit Union is seeking a full-time Centralized Loan Officer to join our Operations team, Monday through Friday. The role handles consumer lending needs and processes loan applications from submission to funding, with a focus on accuracy and friendly, professional service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, member-focused, bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required, and willing to train on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–12 months of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with numbers and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Process and input consumer loan applications accurately.
• Gather required information and documents from members.
• Coordinate with underwriting, processors, title specialists and other team members.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Provide friendly, professional member service.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell ACU products.
