Job summary

United Fidelity is seeking a Lending Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across commercial, mortgage, and consumer loan activities. You will work with the QA Manager to identify trends, provide feedback, and recommend improvements to strengthen documentation and process consistency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of commercial lending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation, loan operations, and applicable lending regulations required.
• Experience with loan documentation systems (e.g., Finastra LaserPro) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA reviews of commercial, mortgage, and consumer loan files for documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Perform pre-closing and post-closing reviews to ensure due diligence and proper execution.
• Validate data in core banking systems (loan boarding, covenants, ticklers, exceptions).
• Identify findings and risks; communicate recommendations to leadership for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Loan Administration, Loan Servicing, Retail Lending and other stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of lending regulations and bank policies to support compliance.
• Provide backup support for department functions and participate in projects.
