Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1 year related experience in lending; mortgage processing preferred.
• Excellent communication, service, attention to detail, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process loans and ensure each loan is promptly and properly prepared, documented, processed, approved, closed, disbursed, and retained.
• Assist in servicing loans by processing payoffs, refinances, and contact updates.
• Maintains escrow accounts, processes and pays property taxes and homeowners insurance.
• Assists with training and meeting production goals and expectations.
