Responsibilities

• Process loans from initiation to completion ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports, agreements, letters, and government forms.
• Maintain escrow accounts and handle taxes and homeowners insurance payments.
• Provide high-quality member service and meet production goals.
• Support and mentor colleagues while ensuring timely follow-up on titles and appraisals.
