Origence is seeking a VP, Operations & Lender Support in Greenwood Village, CO to lead Origence Lending Services (OLS), the BPO division. You will direct the operations team across implementations, processing, underwriting, funding, contact center, QA and training to drive growth and efficiency.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in consumer loan origination and 5+ years in senior leadership within a credit union or bank, with proven ability to scale programs, manage remote teams, and deliver

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or combination of related certifications and experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership position for consumer lending at a credit union, bank, or consumer finance company.
• 10+ years of consumer loan origination experience (underwriting and processing) with a financial institution or relevant provider.

• Provide the operational vision and leadership necessary to meet OLS’s strategic objectives for growth, diversification, and operational excellence.
• Coach, support, and manage staff. Collaborate with recruiting on talent acquisition efforts. Lead talent development and retention.
• Focus on continuous business improvement by developing meaningful performance metrics, analyzing results, implementing program enhancements.
• Engage directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather intelligence on opportunities.
• Develop insightful reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
