Job summary

Origence is seeking a VP, Operations & Lender Support to provide the operational vision, leadership, and administration of Origence Lending Services (OLS). You will oversee implementations, processing, underwriting, funding, contact center, QA, and training functions.

Based in the Denver area or open to relocation, you will build scalable programs, manage large teams, and partner with clients to drive growth, efficiency, and exceptional service across our credit union customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior leadership position for consumer lending at a credit union, bank, or consumer finance company.
• 10+ years of consumer loan origination experience (underwriting and processing) with a financial institution or relevant provider.
• Experience building scalable operational programs (teams, practices, policies and procedures).
• Experience with multiple product lines (e.g., card, consumer, mortgage).
• Experience with contact centers and remote delivery is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large teams across units in high-volume settings.
• Strong KPI development and actionable insight generation.
