Red Canoe Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Loan Member Advisor I in Longview, WA. This entry-level role supports teller-like transactions, opens and maintains accounts, and assists with basic loan applications. You will refer members to the right product lines and deliver a high-quality service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Bondable and dependable
• Ability to cross-sell and provide quality member service
• Multitask and manage inquiries across multiple channels

Responsibilities

• Handle member inquiries by phone and manage teller-related transactions
• Open and maintain accounts and assist with basic lending applications
• Cross-sell credit union products and refer to appropriate lines of business
• Maintain accuracy in records and process month-end/daily reports
• Provide a high-quality member experience with knowledge of products and services
