Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks an Executive Director — Lending & Installment Analytics to lead enterprise analytics that informs product offers, customer targeting, timing, and experience. You will partner across Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Operations to drive priorities and measurable results.

You will scale analytics, shape decisioning, and governance, and communicate insights to executives to influence lending journeys and portfolio economics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics, data science, or quantitative strategy in lending, credit, or consumer finance.
• 5+ years leading analytics teams with people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lending and Installment Analytics team to optimize portfolio growth, value, and credit performance.
• Build orchestration frameworks for next best action/product recommendations across touchpoints.
• Translate journey insights into product strategy from origination to retention.
