Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Executive Director for Lending & Installment Analytics to lead enterprise analytics that inform what to offer, to whom, when, and through which experience. You will partner across Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Operations to drive priorities and scale impact.

You will design modeling strategies, drive portfolio growth, and oversee decisioning from origination to servicing, with governance and responsible use at the core.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics or data science experience in lending or consumer finance.
• 5+ years leading analytics teams and developing talent.
• Proven ability to drive portfolio growth using data-driven decisioning.
• Ability to translate insights into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience with experimentation design and causal measurement.
• Experience building product economics models (contribution margin, cohort economics, lifetime value, loss forecasting).
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Operations.
• Strong executive communication and data-driven storytelling.
• Knowledge of model governance and responsible use in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lending and Installment Analytics team to deliver insights and decisioning that optimize portfolio growth, customer value, and credit performance.
• Build orchestration frameworks that unify channel, product, and lifecycle decisioning for next best action/product recommendations.
• Translate customer journey insights into product strategy and roadmaps through end-to-end journey mapping.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Operations to set a shared analytics vision and priorities.
• Drive product economics and financial modeling to inform investment decisions.
• Define modeling strategy and guide teams on propensity, uplift, eligibility, and lifecycle models with governance.
• Guide lifecycle targeting and decisioning across origination, servicing, pricing, and retention strategies.
• Scale experimentation with a testing center of excellence and causal measurement approaches.
• Establish robust measurement approaches (OKRs, dashboards, self-serve reporting).
• Operationalize insights through decision engines and real-time personalization with risk management.
