Qualifications

• 1+ years of banking and cash handling.
• 1+ years of lending experience.
• NMLS License required.
• Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to uncover and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
• Current Notary Public Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experiences and assist with everyday transactions.
• Support customers with financial wellness via needs-based conversations.
• Drive proactive needs-based sales conversations through service-to-sales interactions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of retail banking products and services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance relationships and cultivate new ones.
• Deliver loan products with packages that are correct to minimize exceptions.
• Make referrals to cross-sell banking products and services across the bank.
• Educate customers on using technology and available tools.
• Apply product knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
