Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a Senior Business Analyst – Data to drive data-focused initiatives within the Lending domain. You will guide a team of analysts, define data requirements, and ensure effective integration with the Data Warehouse and downstream processes.

Collaboration with business users and technical teams, documenting requirements, and supporting UAT are key responsibilities. Strong Transact and Agile experience are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in implementing Transact system.
• Deep understanding of Data Structure and balance components.
• Understanding data interfaces within Transact and warehouse integration.
• Ability to run requirements workshops and manage stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements with business users to define scope and processes.
• Identify stakeholders and perform stakeholder analysis.
• Identify data requirements and warehouse integration.
• Identify data needs for surrounding systems and reporting.
• Lead client requirement workshops and propose high-level resolutions.
• Guide BAs in solution design and ensure traceability.
• Support testing and contribute to UAT and test cases.
• Produce user guides, SOPs, and process documentation.
